How Do I Pay On The Website?

 We have various payment options:

  • JN Online Banking.
  • Scotia Visa Debit card or Scotia Online Banking.
  • NCB Online Banking.

How To Pay Online Using JNBS ONLINE Bill Payment Services

  • Checkout with the items you wish to purchase.
  • Add your Fontana "Customer ID#" when you create Fontana as a payee within JNBS online. This is located at the top right of the page when you log into your Account and it will be visible to you at the end of the checkout at the top right of the page. 
  • Follow the instructions below.

1. INSTRUCTIONS:  How To Submit Payment To Fontana Pharmacy.

a. Click SAVINGS ACCOUNT.

b. Click PAYMENTS under the QUICK LINKS to the right or the Calculator image file to the left.

c. Go to the BILL PAYMENT section to the bottom select "RETAIL STORES" under the CATEGORIES column.

d. Under the COMPANY column select Fontana Pharmacy.

e. Under the CONTRACT / INVOICE ID column enter your Fontana "Customer ID#". This is located at the top right of this page.

f. Enter the “Amount” to pay as shown on your invoice.

g. Click PAY to submit Payment. NOTE: If prompted, enter YOUR ONLINE BANKING PASSWORD. (This is either your login password to JNBS LIVE or a special access code you created when the account was opened....if you do not remember this code, please contact Jamaica National Building Society for assistance.)

2. Your Bill Payment is Complete:

 The next screen confirms your payment details, and includes the transaction confirmation number. From this screen you can “Print Confirmation” of you bill payment or do a “New Payment(s)”. Please allow 24 hours for Fontana to receive a report of your payment from JNBS LIVE in order to send you a receipt and to begin processing your order. For a quicker reply, please contact us with your transaction number.


How To Pay Online Using Scotia ONLINE Bill Payment Services

  • Checkout with the items you wish to purchase.
  • Add your Fontana "Customer ID#" when you create Fontana as a payee within Scotia online. This is located at the top right of the page when you log into your Account and it will be visible to you at the end of the checkout at the top right of the page.

Step 1 - Add Fontana Pharmacy as a Payee.

a. Click the “Manage Payees” button.

b. Select the payee you want to add from the Available Payees list. Choose Fontana Pharmacy.
You will need to add your Fontana "Customer #" when you create Fontana as a payee. This is located at the top right of this page.

c. Enter your Scotia OnLine Access Code (This is either your login password to Scotia Bank or a special access code you created when the account was opened....if you do not remember this code, please contact Scotia Bank for assistance.)

d. Click "Submit". 

e.  ONLY DO STEP 1 PROCESS ABOVE ONE TIME ONLY.  If you are getting any errors, please call Scotia Bank for assistance.

Step 2.   Submit Payment To Fontana Pharmacy.

NOW THAT YOU HAVE ADDED Fontana Pharmacy as a Payee, the next steps are for submitting payment to Fontana Pharmacy.

a. Click BILL PAYMENT. Select the account you would like to pay your bill “From”.
b. Select the payee you would like to make the payment “To”. Fontana Pharmacy
c. Enter the “Amount” to pay as shown on your invoice.
d. Select the “Date” you want the payment to be submitted.
e. Click “Submit”.
f.  Review your Bill Payment details
g. Click “Confirm” or “Edit” if you want to make changes.

Step 3. Your Bill Payment is Complete:

How to pay online using NCB ONLINE Bill Payment Services

  • Checkout with the items you wish to purchase.
  • Add your Fontana "Customer ID#" when you create Fontana as a payee within NCB online. This is located at the top right of the page when you log into your Account and it will be visible to you at the end of the checkout at the top right of the page. 
  • Follow the instructions below or click to view a Demo Tour on how to pay using NCB online Banking.

Step 1 - Add Fontana Pharmacy as a payee.

a. Log into your online banking account with NCB
b. Click BILL PAYMENT and then ADD Bill Payee
c. From the Payee Business Category select "OTHERS" and click Go To Step 2
d. Choose Fontana Pharmacy Mandeville FRXM in Step 2.
e. Under Nick Name, enter YOUR-NAME. For Billing Account Number enter your Fontana "Customer ID#". This is located at the top right of this page. Afterwards, click "ADD PAYEE" button.

Step 2.   Submit Payment To Fontana Pharmacy.

NOW THAT YOU HAVE ADDED Fontana Pharmacy as a Payee, the next steps are for submitting payment to Fontana Pharmacy.

a. Click Pay a BILL to the right after you had added Fontana as Payee OR Click BILL PAYMENT in the top menu and then PAY BILL.
b. Place a check mark next to Fontana Pharmacy Mandeville FRXM
c. Enter the “Amount” to pay as shown on your invoice.
d. Choose the Bank Account to pay from under the column SELECT ACCOUNT.
e. Enter YOUR TRANSACTION PASSWORD. (This is either your login password to NCB Bank or a special access code you created when the account was opened....if you do not remember this code, please contact NCB Bank for assistance.)
f. Click COMPLETE PAYMENT.

Step 3. Your Bill Payment is Complete:
